Guwahati: Education leaders from across Northeast India will converge in Guwahati on August 30 for the second edition of the School Excellence Program 2025, organised jointly by ADIG and Teachmint.
The day-long workshop, to be held at Hotel Atithi, aims to equip school heads with practical strategies to strengthen leadership in the digital era.
According to the organisers, the initiative is designed as a hands-on and transformative program where more than 80 school leaders will come together to reflect on the evolving needs of education.
The workshop will cover key areas including the practical implications of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, school vision-building in a rapidly changing environment, and the adoption of people-centered digital transformation strategies. Participants will also have the opportunity to build professional networks and will receive curated leadership resources along with a certificate of participation.
“Education is at the cusp of change, and empowering school leaders with digital and people-centered strategies is critical to align with the aspirations of NEP 2020,” the organisers said in a statement.
Sessions will run from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, featuring interactive modules, collaborative discussions, and case-based learning. Teachmint, a leading digital education platform, is supporting the program with insights into technology-enabled transformation in schools.
The event comes at a time when educational institutions in the Northeast are increasingly focusing on reform, innovation, and digital adoption to keep pace with national goals and global trends.
