Guwahati: Royal Global University (RGU) will host Shri Ravi Kant, Former CEO & Vice Chairman of Tata Motors, for an interactive session on Visionary Leadership with students and faculty on September 8, 2025. Drawing from his acclaimed book “Leading from the Back to Achieve the Impossible”, Shri Kant will share his experiences and inspire the next generation of leaders with lessons in transformative leadership.
Further enriching the engagement, Shri Ravi Kant will be joined by Shri Rajesh Srivastava—Former President of JK Helen Curtis Limited, IIT Kanpur and IIM Bangalore alumnus, and author of bestsellers “The New Rules of Business” and “The 10 New Life-Changing Skills.” Together, they will conduct an exclusive Management Development Program (MDP) on September 9, 2025, titled “How to Achieve the Impossible.”
The full-day MDP is tailored for corporate professionals and entrepreneurs from the North East. Structured around a three-part leadership framework, it will feature real-life case studies and action-based learning, with the aim of driving both individual growth and organizational success.
